Q: How do I know if I need an integrative health practitioner?
A: If you're a female grappling with health and life struggles such as stress, fatigue, or chronic conditions due to your autoimmune disease? An integrative health practitioner can provide valuable support. We tailor our proven DRESS plan to you and your unique challenges and coach you while you self-heal your autoimmune disease.
Q: What is lab testing and how does that work?
A: We work with Rupa Health's "lab concierge" services, connecting you directly with their team. Payment for labs recommended by our practice is made to them, and they facilitate payment plans, accepting HSA and FSA cards. Our practice does not bill labs to insurance.
Upon ordering labs through Rupa Health, the collection tubes are delivered to your doorstep, and they provide guidance on specimen collection, and next steps.
While there's no obligation to purchase functional labs, we advocate for a proactive "test, don't guess" approach to quickly identify potential root causes. On average, clients invest $300-700 on initial comprehensive lab testing.
